This position supports the Human Resources Function and reports to the Sr. People Director. This is a full-time remote position with limited travel requirements. The HRIS & Data Analytics Lead will optimize our human resources information systems (HRIS) and data analytics strategies. This position will support and maintain the organizations HRIS/Timekeeping/Payroll applications and modules, currently UKG Pro/UKG Pro WFM and the implementation of the new HRIS/Timekeeping/Payroll system, Deltek.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompiles required datasets for critical business processes including, but not limited to, payroll processing, financial labor reporting, and employee information updates.Oversee the administration and optimization of HRIS platforms, including Deltek and UKG, ensuring they meet organizational needs.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and execute strategies for system upgrades, integrations, and feature enhancements.Establish best practices for system use and provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end users.Lead HRIS migration projects from planning to execution, ensuring data accuracy, system compatibility, and seamless transitions.Collaborate with stakeholders to map current workflows, redesign processes, and align system functionality with business requirements.Conduct comprehensive testing of migrated data and configurations to ensure readiness for go-live.Create and distribute thorough documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting materials, for new systems.Deliver post-migration support to address issues, optimize system performance, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.Design, develop, and manage dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide actionable insights into HR operations.Analyze workforce data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and inform strategic decisions.Present data insights to leadership in a clear and meaningful way, translating technical findings into business recommendations.Evaluate existing HRIS workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and enhanced user experience.Implement technology solutions to streamline HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance tracking.Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable regulations, including data privacy and retention policies.Monitor and enhance system security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR data.Performs other duties as required.Knowledge, Experience and Skill RequirementsProven track record in managing HRIS application migrations and leading cross-functional teams.Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and technology best practices.Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Work Experience5 years experience in HRIS management, data analytics, and project leadership, with expertise in platforms like Deltek and UKG.Education, Licenses and Certification RequiredDue to compliance requirements imposed by a federal contract, this position may be filled by U.S. Persons only.
