What we are looking for:We are looking for a BDR Team Lead, Americas to join our Sales Organization.

**Dallas Required.**

What you will be doing:As a BDR Team Lead, you will help grow our Sales Development (prospecting) function in North America and share responsibility for its continued success. The BDR Team Lead will be a senior member of the Sales Development team and will have first-line leader responsibilities in addition to personal targets.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to get in on the ground floor of a rapid-growth and ambitious start-up.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Provide on-the-job coaching to new and existing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation engagements.Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales development playbook with processes and best practices such as sales sequence, sales pitches, call scripts, email templates, and qualification tactics to ensure BDR efficiency and consistent conveyance of our current messagingSupport KPI metrics to measure the effectiveness of BDRs lead generation and qualification efforts and help BDRs improve by understanding their performance on a regular basisMotivate and provide assistance to the BDR team to achieve collective and individual goalsPartner with the Sales & Marketing leadership and stakeholders to continually experiment and optimize elements such as messaging, marketing segments, prospect lists via insights gathered from lead generation efforts.Partner with the AVP of Global Sales Development and HR in BDR recruitment activities

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

What you will bring to the table:

5+ years of B2B technology Sales, Sales Development, or Inside Sales teams2+ years of Team Lead experience over B2B technology Sales, Sales Development, or Inside Sales teamsSelf-starter with proven success in outbound (cold calling experience is required) and inbound lead generation in competitive and results-driven environmentsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by exampleExcels as both a high-performing individual-contributor and a collaborative teammate concurrentlyExcellent working knowledge of inbound & outbound technologies and toolsDemonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the product to senior and director level executivesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in growing and scaling a successful sales development team in a fast-growth environment is preferredProficient with sales technology tools including CRM (SFDC experience is strongly preferred), prospecting automation tools (Outreach.io experience is strongly preferred), various sales engagement platforms and prospecting databases, and Microsoft toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, channels, product, and engineeringCybersecurity start-up experience preferred
