MUST:Experienced Proposal CoordinatorMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance2+ years of experience supporting proposal coordinationFederal government contracting knowledge/experience requiredExperience with marketing, capture management and administrative tasks is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CRM tools such as Govwin, CP2 and other relevant software.Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT desiredBachelor s degree required
DUTIES:Coordinate business development and proposal planning activities, including proposal schedules, gate reviews, and strategy workshops.Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and filing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and materials for proposals.Organize and maintain proposal databases and documentation systems for easy retrieval and tracking.Conduct market research to support proposal development, including market analysis, trends, customer preferences, and competitor research.Coordinate the proposal development process, develop schedules, templates, outlines, organize status and color review meetingsCoordinate proposal timelines, managing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission.Assist in writing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and preparing white papers for customers.Draft proposal sections, such as project management plans, past performance, and staffing plans, and contribute to overall content development.Assist in the development and editing of proposal content, ensuring compliance with RFP requirementsProofread and format proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalismSupport the management of the business development pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Research opportunities in CRMs such as Govwin, Sam.Gov, US Spending and other sourcesAssist in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and customer visits to enhance market insight and networking opportunities.
