Summary:Provides superior client service and maintains high relationship selling results by offering new and current products to clients and prospects, while opening new accounts, and handling teller transactions, all in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. This full-time position supports banking operations at our University City branch.

Availability/Schedule:Must be available 40 hours per week as scheduled.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Completes all Teller duties, including but not limited to, making deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks and receiving loan payments.Opens new accounts.Makes good judgment calls on client issues.Possesses general understanding of products in order to introduce and sell new and current products to clients and prospects.Answers the phone and handles client inquiries.Seeks new prospects and follows-up with them via outbound calls, mail, or email.Logs all client calls and interactions through the use of Bank software.Contributes to Bank by learning the individual goals and expectations established and how they relate to the incentive plan and overall company success.Meets performance goals.Maintains accurate cash counts; no outages.Understands Regulation E.Completes assigned Sales Training and Compliance Testing.Participates in departmental meetings including accepting assignments for presentations at such meetings.Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to dress code.Reports to work punctually as scheduled.Other duties as assigned.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:Submits reports to Manager on a weekly and monthly basis and as requested.Assists in the training of new Relationship Tellers.
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentBanking experience preferred (2 plus years)Client service experience preferredSales experience/skills preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic PC skills-MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)Superior interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skillsFlexible, team player, self-starterAbility to multi-task
