What You'll Do:

Support all facets of global cash management and daily treasury operations, specifically with retail experienceManage daily liquidity and cash activity; determine short term borrowings and investments to balance companies' daily cash position and execute treasury paymentsPrepare journal entry spreadsheets for Accounting (cash, investments, debt, interest)Maintain debt and investment activity trackingExecute FX spot trades via FXALLWork with Retail/Cash Audit to assist with change orders, locate missing deposits, etc.Support Retail with new store openings and closings (bank accounts, deposit slips, armored courier services)Bank liaison for all internal departments (Payroll, A/R, A/P, etc.)Forecast North America cash position by working with various departments to get information in a timely mannerTrack letter of credit activity/balancesMaintain and document treasury processes for enhanced operational efficiency and SOX compliancePerform monthly bank account analysis reconciliation; work with Retail/Loss prevention to address any issuesBank documentation - account store opening/closing notices, update signers on retail accounts, Swing Line borrowing/repayment noticesMaintain master bank account databasePerform Ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and projects as neededYou'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics1 - 2 years Finance experience required, Banking, or Treasury Operations preferredRetail experience preferredDeveloped organizational and process management skillsExpert Excel skills and heavy work with online bank platforms; familiarity with JPMorgan Access and Refinitiv FXAll a plusWe'd Love to See:

Compensation Range:$60,000.00-$75,000.00
