Delivering and picking up tools and equipment for customers with a pick-up truck and trailer combo Loading and unloading freight and equipment using manual and motorized equipment and organizing merchandise and equipment around the yard Inspecting equipment and trailers for damage and reporting repairs needed Cleaning and maintaining equipment Comparing goods received and packing slips for order accuracy, inspecting for any damage, and notifying your supervisor of any discrepancies Professionally communicating with customers over the phone, email, and in-person Accurately picking items for orders or requisitions, preparing shipments, and loading product onto trucks, trailers, or customers' vehicles Helping maintain a clean and organized equipment lot to ensure accessibility and safety Participating in property maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, etc.) Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity Completing related tasks as assigned You'll Need:

To be eligible to be an Interstate CMV Driver (valid Driver's License, 21+ years old, clean driving record, and able to obtain a med card) To be able to drive and back up a pick-up and trailer combo Strong communication skills To be willing to work outdoors in all seasons Computer skills and the ability to learn new software To be willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklift, etc.) We'd Love if You Have:

Previous forklift experience Customer service skills Tool and equipment knowledge Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 70 lbs. Stand on a hard surface for the majority of your shift Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
