Position Description:Provide high-level administrative support to the division under the direction of the Support Services Manager.Handle front desk tasks, project management, and coordination with all levels of management.Act as a liaison with external agencies.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including badge access and ServiceNow tickets.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for accuracy.Collaborate with support teams to maintain efficient and accurate record management.Job Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and project coordination.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain meticulous record-keeping and manage service tickets efficiently.Adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures for all tasks.Skills Required:
Skilled in planning and organizing complex administrative tasks while adhering to policies and procedures.Capable of prioritizing, multitasking, setting goals, and meeting deadlines.Effective communication of any variances.Adept at managing multiple priorities, responsibilities, and interruptions in a dynamic environment.Experience Required:
Highly experienced professional with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.Experience in front desk operations and administrative support roles for 2 years or more.Education Required:
Some college education, preferably in an administrative field or business.At least 2 years of experience providing high-level support.
