Under general supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of administrative duties. Working as a team with other Mortgage Consultants to gather information required for Residential Loan Applications. Extensive contact with customers, realtors and the public both in person and on the telephone.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComputer savvyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareKnowledge of operating standard office equipmentExcellent communication skills - written and verbalAbility to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skillsBasic to advanced mortgage products and guideline knowledge2+ years of hands-on administrative support experiencePrevious experience as LOA, Loan Processor or Transaction Coordinator preferredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make phone calls regarding all loans within Pre-Approved status for each of their assigned Mortgage consultantsCollect required information from borrower and agentsValidate all contact information for all agents involvedCommunicate effectively with realtors and third parties. (Insurance agents, title companies, employers, etc)Create consumer relationships with borrowers and realtorsCommunicate and follow up on needed documents for loan filesDetermine necessary steps to correct files unable to be approvedDocument managementReceipt and uploading of required documents to loan filesSeparation and Labeling of loan documentsDaily team communications containing team statistics and informationWorks directly with Mortgage Consultants, Processors, Sales Managers, etc. to ensure customer file progression and Division goals are metCopies files to be re-worked after dispositionOther job duties as assigned by Sales ManagementCompensation: $42,000 base pay plus bonus
