Job Summary
The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Manager of L&TD to further the organization's talent development strategy. Key areas of focus include leadership development, technical training, onboarding, career growth, and performance management. The Specialist will also facilitate training sessions, meetings, and focus groups to drive talent development in alignment with strategic objectives from senior leadership.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of new and ongoing L&TD initiatives, including project management, registration, reporting, event logistics, materials management, and coordination of facilitators.Develops and publishes interactive and engaging content for online and instructor-led delivery using a variety of media and applications, including but not limited to, facilitator guides, exercise materials, and job aids.Collaborate across teams on communications planning and processes for L&TD initiatives, including the development of communications plan, creation of communication and promotional materials, and facilitation of communications reviews.Assist in planning and implementing measurement processes to evaluate and report on L&TD metrics effectively.Oversee the management of learning management system (LMS) and career development platforms and processes throughout the employee lifecycle.Provide support for in-person and virtual training programs as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.At least 3 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Onboarding, or a related field.Strong project management skills with a track record of creating and implementing effective processes and managing multiple priorities.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and active engagement.Creatively uses available resources, tools and technology to achieve high-quality results.Proactive and analytical problem-solver with experience in executing change management strategies.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and adaptability to new technologies.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-Learning Authoring Tools is preferred.Salary Information
To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
