Harris Wealth Management is looking for a talented Financial Advisor with an established book of business to join our thriving independent practice affiliated with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). This role is designed for an experienced advisor who seeks a supportive environment to enhance their practice without having to give up their existing clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a process-oriented senior advisor who values your expertise and aims to streamline operations while you focus on serving your clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and grow your existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Financial Planning & Advisory Services:
Deliver tailored financial planning and investment management solutions, addressing the unique needs of each client.Collaboration:
Work closely with the senior advisor to align on best practices and client strategies, enhancing service delivery and efficiency.Investment Strategy Development:
Develop and implement personalized investment strategies that meet clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.Business Development:
Continue to grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement while leveraging the firm's resources.Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all client interactions and practices comply with regulatory standards and align with the firm's ethical guidelines.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Advisor with a solid book of business.Relevant certifications (CFP, CFA, etc.) preferred.Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and planning strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the senior advisor.Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
