Position Overview
The Director of B2B Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that specifically focus on loyalty programs and drive engagement and sales. This role will lead strategic development and execution of B2B marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, sales growth, and robust loyalty strategies that resonate with our customers across various distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that leverage product features and trade marketing initiatives managing dealer programs to enhance relationships and drive sales performance. Create engaging pitch decks and presentations that effectively communicate our value propositions related to products and services to potential clients and partners. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and optimizing lead generation efforts through web-based platforms. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate regular training sessions and workshops to equip internal salespeople, and dealers with product knowledge and sales techniques. Continuously assess training needs and update programs to reflect new products, market trends, and best practices in manufacturing. Design and execute VIP programs that reward high-value customers, enhancing brand loyalty and engagement. Create and manage comprehensive loyalty programs that incentivize repeat business and customer engagement across trade and web channels. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including digital content, brochures, and promotional materials that support sales initiatives. Lead the development of channel marketing strategies that optimize product visibility and sales across various distribution channels. Articulate clear and compelling value propositions for products and services that resonate with target audiences. Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts. Develop marketing materials that communicate our value propositions effectively to customers and partners. Implement strategic marketing programs that leverage product advantages and benefits to enhance sales efforts, drive customer engagement, and achieve volume targets. Equip sales personnel with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively promote and sell products. Collaborate with product management, sales and customer service teams to align trade marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Work with external agencies and vendors for marketing support and campaign execution. Establish metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement. Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and initiatives, fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and gather feedback for program enhancement. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, with a focus on commercial strategies in manufacturing, product marketing, and loyalty program development. Proven experience in creating effective pitch decks and marketing materials that drive engagement and sales. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
