Spearhead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.Build and maintain detailed financial models to support critical business decisions.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies.Present financial reports and insights to senior leadership, driving impactful results.Corporate Development & M&ALead financial analysis and valuation for M&A opportunities.Support due diligence, evaluating risks and opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure seamless post-acquisition integration to align acquisitions with company goals.Leadership & CollaborationServe as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, providing data-driven insights.Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and accountability.Craft compelling, high-impact presentations to communicate complex financial strategies to senior executives.Qualifications
Education and Experience
3+ years of relevant experience. Industries considered include investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or related fields, with a strong capability in financial analysis and financial modeling.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Proven success in fast-paced, high-turnaround environments, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.Expertise in building and maintaining detailed financial models, integrating historical financials with projections.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable business insights.Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial and strategic data to senior executives.Experience in M&A a plus; including deal evaluation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.Leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration, team growth, and accountability.
