As the leader of Corporate Marketing Research & Analytics, you will oversee a team dedicated to gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and research data. The data will be leveraged to inform go-to-market strategies, improve prospect acquisition and member retention, as well as drive the overall success of Corporate Marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data synthesis, research, marketing technologies, and the ability to lead a team that transforms data into actionable insights.

This position is expected to be hybrid.

NYC Salary Range - $130,000 - $155,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Regardless of seniority or role, uphold UNFCU’s mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike through consistent demonstration of our service excellence behaviors.Develop and oversee a robust marketing campaign framework that defines objectives, key results, and target audiences for all prioritized projects.Partner with business units to identify strategic goals and measurable outcomes, fostering collaboration and data-driven decision-making.Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing data architecture to support analysis, reporting, and optimization of all Corporate Marketing assets and delivery channels. This includes sourcing data, developing dashboards to track campaign progress and financial solution usage.Oversee Corporate Marketing’s digital and in-person touchpoint performance analytics to drive engagement and adoption, enhance user experience, and optimize content.Measure and analyze campaign metrics including cost per acquisition and ROI for the Corporate Marketing department and its projects while providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns and budgets.Inform strategic planning with recommendations based on member behavior, solution performance, and market trends. This includes utilizing data from agencies like Experian to gain insights into member behavior and market trends.Conduct market research and forecasting to identify opportunities, understand market needs, and develop growth strategies with the Integrated and Product Marketing teams.Develop and refine customer segmentation models to enable highly targeted and personalized marketing communications that improve member engagement and conversion rates.Collaborate with the Office of Strategic Management to measure and strengthen UNFCU’s brand and product positioning.Collaborate with IT to integrate member interaction data with Corporate Marketing communication tools, enabling UNFCU to send out responsive communications based on individual behaviors and preferences.Manage vendor relationships and budgets for market research activities.Evaluate and implement analytical tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and stay ahead of industry trends.Perform all duties inherent in a managerial role: Challenge and develop staff to be more effective, efficient and satisfied with the work they perform for the credit union and its members; prepare and administer performance snapshots; promote teamwork and cooperation within the department and across the credit union; utilize coaching techniques, goal setting, and development plans to achieve desired performance level of staff; and administer action plans and other disciplinary action as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in a data and technology management or marketing analytics, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience managing and leading a teamProficient in working with databases, data models, and data integration techniquesAbility to identify qualitative and quantitative research needs to drive decision making, with superior analytical skillsUnderstanding of marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and campaigns.Proficient in building compelling presentations with data driven story tellingProficient with Marketing delivery channel tools (e.g. SalesForce Marketing Cloud, TruStage)Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive dashboards and reports.Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Siteimprove)Knowledge of data mining techniques (e.g., clustering, association rule mining) to discover patterns and insights in large datasets
