Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Proven experience in Workday development and support, including customization and integration capabilities.• Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, calculated fields, EIBs, and report writing.• Knowledge of Workday HCM modules, such as Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent.• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Workday system.• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Workday certification is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for Workday system enhancements.• Develop, customize, and implement Workday solutions to meet business requirements with best practices and system capabilities.• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday modules, addressing user issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring system stability.• Participate in system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to end-users.• Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement integrations between Workday and other HR-related systems.• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Workday environment.• Stay updated on Workday releases and new features, assessing their impact and implementing relevant enhancements.• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective and efficient use of Workday functionalities.
