Workday HCM Architect: Recruitment, Talent Optimization and LearningResponsibilities:

Workday System Deployment:

Develop and implement Workday solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Workday System Administration:

Lead the configuration and customization of Workday modules

Recruiting, Talent Optimization

and

Learning , tailoring them to meet specific business needs.Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Workday ecosystem.System Testing : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions.System Optimization : Continuously assess system performance and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements or enhancements.Reporting and Analytics:

Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights and data for decision-making and compliance reporting.Integration Management : Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.Compliance and Data Security:

Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. Take measures to protect sensitive employee data.Training and Documentation:

Create documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes.Change Management:

Implement and manage changes to the Workday system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and other relevant departments, providing expertise and guidance on Workday-related matters.Skills we're seeking

5+ years of experience with Workday HCM Architecture and/or EngineeringMust have experience completing at least one full life cycle Workday HCM implementation/migrationMust have techno-functional Workday HCM experienceMust have experience with Recruitment, Talent Optimization and Learning modules

Experience with other areas of Workday HCM such as:

PayrollAdvanced CompensationBenefitsTime Tracking and AbsenceOnboarding

Workday Pro HCM Core CertificationBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in an IT or HR related field
