Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Human Resource Consultant 4)
in the
Human Resources Division . This position is located in
Tumwater , Washington, and is not union-represented.Salary range: $72,924 - $98,040The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the preferred candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The following stipends may apply based on position requirements:Incumbents assigned to our Seattle office location receive an additional 5% King County Location Pay stipend.Incumbents assigned to a position designated as requiring dual language skills will receive a 5% Dual Language Requirement Pay stipend.The Opportunity:The Mission of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is to provide excellent, independent, and ethical legal services to the State of Washington and to protect the rights of its people. Join our HR team and help us continue to develop and manage human resources policies and programs while providing expert consultation, services, and solutions to meet our clients’ needs and make a difference for the people of Washington state.This position will support talent acquisition efforts in the following areas: staff supervision, talent outreach and sourcing, program support/consultation, and recruitment performance data analysis and reporting.Duties and Essential Functions:In support of the AGO’s mission, vision, and values, the Human Resource Consultant in this position, under general direction will provide oversight and supervision of the recruitment team. This position will independently provide guidance, oversight, and client support for outreach, recruitment, screening, and selection activities.Responsibilities include consultation with managers, supervisors, and candidates in recruiting for Washington Management Service and Washington General Service, and Exempt positions. The incumbent in this position will provide a high level of service to our internal and external customers, and will work in support of increased efforts to recruit an effective and diverse workforce.This position will implement the AGO’s Fingerprint Background Check program, to include identifying positions that require a fingerprint background check, contacting employees being hired into or transferring into those positions and guiding them through the fingerprint background check process.
