By providing strategic counsel and program governance, the team helps the organization balance operational strategy, risk, compliance, and continuous improvementPartners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Shared ServicesProvides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practicesIdentifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunitiesFacilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for changeTracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvementIncorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processesProvide change management support for major initiatives to ensure that the workforce is prepared for technology, process and organizational changesWork with project teams to incorporate change management activities into the overall project planEvaluate and measure results and success of change management strategies, plans and actions and present findingsDevelop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including management, union leadership and matrix or cross-functional teams to deliver desired impact and resultsPartner with project managers to evaluate which change management vendors, contractors or products best meet the needs of a projectIdentify and incorporate industry change management best practices and internal lessons learned assessments into change management methodologyDevelop complex change management approaches, plans, and tactics for a wide variety of initiatives that have functional area and/or companywide impactBenefits
