Salary: USD28 - USD35 per hourAre you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for supporting C-Suite executives? Our client, a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Chief Advocacy Officer. If you're a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Suite, apply today!About the Job:Provide traditional executive support including calendaring, scheduling, minute-taking, and vendor coordination for the CAO and department.Code and approve bills/expenses, maintain backup materials, and generate regular status reports.Prepare, file, and maintain quarterly government documents.Assist in implementing programs and managing projects as directed.Update websites, rosters, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.Support other team members and complete ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.About You:A minimum of 3 years of office, administrative, or executive assistant experience.Bachelor's degree required.Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs.Critical thinker with a passion for learning, growth, and organization.About the Position:Temporary pay rate: $28/hr-$35/hrHybrid schedule: 4 days/week in the office.Office located in Washington, DC.Generous benefits package upon permanent placement.
