Learn more at www.parker.com or @parkerhannifin.Job DescriptionThe Director of Finance Transformation is responsible for:Leading the preparation, implementation, and optimization strategy of the Corporate ERP modernization initiative.Overseeing a successful and robust change management process, including necessary communications to all levels of the organization.Playing a crucial role in decision making and implementation of future system enhancements, upgrades, and new finance systems implementations.Ensuring financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.Directly supervising the team working on financial change processes and strategies for system implementation and upgrades.Directing the team working with internal and external IT and consulting functions supporting the financial system strategy.Identifying and implementing process and simplification improvement opportunities to optimize finance processes.Supporting various corporate requests as needed and required by Vice President and Corporate Controller.Scope/Supervision and Interaction:Has Direct Reports: YesDoes Not Have Direct Reports: NoThis position reports to the Vice President and Corporate Controller. The SAP Finance Manager reports directly to this position. This position works collaboratively with senior corporate management, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, IT, Group and Division Management, Internal Audit, External Audit, and other Parker third-party suppliers.Parker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
