Senior UI/UX Designer
for one of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client success and developers to understand user requirements and design specifications.
Participate in upfront user research to better understand user needs and behaviors, and usability testing to see how your solutions work for users, with the support and guidance of experienced researchers.
Possess great interpersonal skills and connect with a variety of partners at different levels to bring alignment to the team.
Troubleshoot and debug UI issues and resolve usability problems.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.
Work in an Agile development environment to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in UX Design interface.
5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, mobile, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for effective communication with engineers.
Knowledge of data visualization libraries (e.g., amCharts, D3.js, Chart.js) is a plus.
Lead design work on successful digital products, demonstrating user- and human-centered design approaches.
Advanced skills in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture.
Intermediate ability in User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mockups.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Design systems, Invision, Sketch, and Figma.
Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with teams.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
