Product Marketing Manager

at Schneider Electric in Boston, MAYou will work with cross-functional global teams from product management, regional offer management, channel marketing, global marketing, and sales team to grow the portfolio. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing for Transactional & Edge. The position is based in one of the Schneider Electric campuses in the Greater Boston area or the St. Louis area. Remote work option is available.What you will be doing:

Define target customers, understand customer challenges and conduct customer journey mapping.Develop product and portfolio messaging, positioning and concise value proposition based on the home consumers, business owners, IT Managers and facility manager personas and route to market.Develop launch strategy, planning, timelines and more to ensure maximum impact.Create marketing & sales enablement kits to help sales team & IT and electric channel partners sell more products & solutions. The content includes but is not limited to brochures, how to sell, FAQ, datasheet, social messaging, eDMs, landing page, web banners and other digital marketing content.Partner with demand generation team on strategic campaigns and tell compelling stories and customer success stories that help build demand and drive revenue across our offerings and across the customer lifecycle.Create Rich Media Content for Ecommerce syndication across regions.Partner with product & R&D teams to create technical documents e.g. setup sheet, submittal drawing, 3D rendering, bid specifications and competitor comparison etc. to ensure project wins.Drive video content storyboarding and guide 3rd party agencies in developing videos and lifestyle images.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, graphic design and relevant fields.At least 3 to 5 years of content marketing experience in B2B or B2C space.Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into convincing marketing content with solid value proposition.Experience managing and developing marketing programs with clear data-driven results.Track record of delivering high quality marketing content under tight deadlines.Experience launching new products from start to finish preferred.Experience in Adobe, Canva and other design platforms preferred.Salary Range:

$80K -- $100KMinimum Qualification:

$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
