in WA, OR, North CA, IDThe territory includes the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, and Montana.Relocation assistance is not authorized for this position.What You’ll Work OnThe Ambassador will represent Abbott and the Abbott Diagnostics Division (ADD) brand to the customer. The Ambassador operates as the primary account management contact with key strategic (landmark) customer accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, improving economic profitability, increasing customer loyalty, and retaining business via contract renewal and closing new solutions.Key responsibilities include:Improve customer satisfaction of current Landmark accounts to drive better retention rates, increase Abbott’s ability to value expand, and manage Abbott’s reputation to ensure customers act as references for potential new customers.Drive customer loyalty by resolving customer issues and supporting operational business reviews with key lab contacts.Assess customer operations and identify opportunities for operational/service improvement.Work with Enterprise Account Managers (EAM) to renew business early or extend contracts to block competition (focused on lab partnerships).Develop and execute existing account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and drive value expansion opportunities.Execute sales processes on value expansion opportunities identified by EAM.Elevate customer challenges immediately as needed in partnership with the service organization.Effectively support technical needs of the laboratory and influence new solutions buying decisions.Support implementation processes on new landmark accounts, including direct support of project ordering, instrument installation, and assay validation with technical partners.Participate in hyper care activities and take ownership of account and customer relationships post-implementation.Position ScopeThis role represents Abbott and the ADD brand to customers with an emphasis on laboratory management. The position will interact with Sales colleagues, Area/Regional Marketing, Customer Support Center, and Technical Service. This role is highly visible and will influence customer purchase decisions. You will make decisions on reagent utilization on integrations and troubleshooting product replacement, considering financial and customer implications. You will critically contribute to the effectiveness of the CAPA system with responsibility for accurate documentation of customer complaints and the actions taken to resolve those concerns. You will monitor and maintain customer satisfaction through direct contact and adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Commercial is preferred.The base pay for this position is
