Position Summary
Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Staff Salesforce Developer within the Shared Services Advanced Technology Delivery organization. As a Staff Salesforce Developer at CVS Health, you will lead and contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud. The Staff Salesforce Developer will spend most of their time working on Salesforce-related development tasks, requiring a high degree of technical expertise. Along with this the right candidate will manage the development and deployment of new projects and enhancements in Salesforce Classic/Lightning involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Communities, Service Cloud Voice, APEX triggers and Platform Event handlers, APEX Batch processes, VF pages, REST Web Services, GitHub.
The Staff Salesforce Developer will perform code reviews and is actively involved in deployment processes while being able to provide solutions for out of the box, and custom code. Responsibilities
Knowledge of SF to Telephony integration, Call center management, CTI integration, LWC, Vlocity components such as OmniScripts, Data raptors will be considered a plusEnsure that work-products meet business requirements and goals, follows design, architecture, and development best practicesWork with blended business and IT development teamLeverage Developer Console, Workbench, and other troubleshooting toolsApply environment and DevOps strategies and set up governance process for Salesforce OrgOpen to work on Classic Salesforce platformRequired Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing with Salesforce5+ years of UI/UX developmentSalesforce Certifications (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer)3+ years of Technical Leadership experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience working with blended business and IT development teamsGeneral knowledge of healthcare benefit industry terminology and practicesStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalityExperience working in Agile/ScrumEducation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$124,372.50 - $247,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
