Position Summary
As a Salesforce Developer at CVS Health, you will lead and contribute to all technical aspects of the Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service Cloud. The Salesforce Developer will spend most of their time working on Salesforce-related development tasks, requiring a high degree of technical expertise. Manage and direct the development and deployment activities for new enhancements in Salesforce. Knowledge of Lightning components, APEX triggers and Platform event handlers, APEX Batch processes, VF pages, REST Web Services, GitHub required.
The Salesforce Developer will perform code reviews and is actively involved in deployment processes while being able to provide solutions for out of the box, and custom code. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing with Salesforce
5+ years of UI/UX development
Salesforce Certifications (Advanced Developer or Platform Developer)
3+ years of Technical Leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with blended business and IT development teams
General knowledge of healthcare benefit industry terminology and practices
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Experience working in Agile/Scrum
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
