Responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for Occupational therapy, formulation of a plan of care, and administration of occupational therapy treatments.The staff Therapist II shall interact with all hospital departments, and medical staff.Responsible for maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality in all areas involving patients and their related hospital business.Conduct hospital business in an ethical and lawful manner, and report any knowledge of real or potential fraud or abuse according to the NIH Compliance Code of Conduct.Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited program of Occupational Therapy and holding a current Occupational Therapy license in the State of California.Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.Schedule Information
