The NRF Site Operations Subdivision, in the Operations and Maintenance Division, is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the facility. Key Responsibilities include:Facility Management: Overseeing the daily functioning of the facility, ensuring all services are operational and efficient.Event Coordination: Managing logistics for events, including setup, breakdown, and coordination with other departments.Safety and Security: Implementing safety protocols and ensuring security measures are in a place and followed.Custodial Services: Supervising cleaning and janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.Resource allocation: Managing the allocation and scheduling of facility resources such as meeting rooms, equipment, and utilities.Customer Service: Addressing occupant and user inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.Compliance: Ensuring all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.Budget Management: Managing the operational budget, including expenses related to utilities, supplies, and services.Additional Key Duties include:Directs work through unit managers who report directly to the position.Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of operational work including facility line work, equipment maintenance, etc.Sets the work schedule for direct reports and approves time worked.Responsible for timely execution of subdivision budget and schedule. Delegates work as appropriate.Responsible for the planning and execution of the facilities schedules and 10-year plan objectives.Responsible for risk and opportunity management for projects and production under this position's cognizance.Establishes a course of action to accomplish short- and long-range goals.Responsible for the short- and long-range execution of facility goals to meet the overall NRF mission.Responsible for succinct summaries of organizational status and issues for executive management.Responsible for professional development of direct reports and building organizational talent, including evaluating the performance of direct reports and authority to make compensation and hire/fire decisions for direct reports.Required Combination of Knowledge and SkillBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and previous management experience required; orEquivalent combination of relevant experience, education or training equaling four years may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
