Job Description
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator - Level II to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Ensuring Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards, and complying with HSE standards, you will help maintain a safe working environment.Promoting Health and Safety : Using appropriate personal protective equipment and engaging in HSE training will contribute to a culture of safety and interdependence.Maintaining Quality : By following standard work procedures and performing quality checks, you'll help minimize cost and quality exposures and ensure the integrity of incoming and outgoing goods.Optimizing Warehouse Space : Accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods will help optimize warehouse space and improve overall efficiency.Supporting Delivery : Operating manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations will ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Effective Communication : Communicating effectively with your team and support teams will ensure smooth operations and collaboration.Continuous Improvement : Participating in activities to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development will contribute to ongoing improvements in the workplace.Maintaining Cleanliness : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, including performing routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks, will contribute to a safer and more efficient work environment.Responsibilities

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.Qualifications
Additional Information
Prefer applicants with prior PIV experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/ or electric pallet jacks.Also, helpful, Microsoft office knowledge.Use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally but not required.
