Join our world-class team today!Position Specific DescriptionThis Sr Scrum Master role will serve as a primary IT liaison to the Accounting organization, coordinating overall IT project success for 2-3 cross functional Agile teams. Key responsibilities include direct project management in the Agile framework, overseeing project budgets, removing impediments, and clarifying dependencies to ensure the team’s overall success.Job Duties & Responsibilities
Directly responsible for the project success for 2 complex Agile teamsCoordinates with Scrum masters and RTE’s for Accounting teams and RTEs for FP&A and ISC trains.Conducts PI pre-planning for Accounting teams, facilitates/coordinates consolidated PI planning for all ITECA teams (FP&A and ISC) together.Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology.Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management.Ability to ‘lead with influence’ to coach teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization.Job Overview
This job provides leadership and direction to an Agile team, serves as an expert in the Scrum process, and enforces Scrum rules and framework. Employees in this role organize and facilitate release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, story refining sessions, and related activities. Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planningFacilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependenciesCoaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events and in goal attainmentCoaches team in Agile sizing techniques, makes appropriate and realistic commitments, and works closely with Product OwnersUses the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare, communicate, and share team metrics and delivery resultsCreates a product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlogProvides regular feedback to the Agile Transformation Team about new insights and lessons learned from team experiencesEmbraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being AgileKeeps informed and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologiesPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
