Position Overview:
This position is for an
Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer . You will be working closely with a talented team to deliver a complex software application into operations. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to grow and hone your skills with other talented members at ARKA. We welcome applicants at varying experience levels.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard-charging self-starter that is able to come onto a team and begin to produce quickly. You should have a strong understanding of IaC, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance
IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Experience knowing how to deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud Environments (prefer AWS) and instances, understands networking, and best practices
Experience with provisioning Kubernetes clusters (RKE, EKS, etc)
Experience with using Helm charts to deploy software to Kubernetes clusters
Preferred Qualifications:
Fully adjudicated CI Polygraph
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and engage with virtual teams
Experience with Automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
Experience with application and OS level security (i.e.; remediating Nessus scan results)
Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality
Pay Range:
$115,000 – $170,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
