This will be an in-person internship, working on site five days per week full-time (40 hours per week). Company holidays provided include Memorial Day and July 4th holiday.Responsibilities
Learn and develop software solutions for embedded systemsContinuously learning and adapting to modern technical excellence practices/techniquesCollaborate and regularly pair with other software engineers to cooperatively deliver resultsLearn and gain experience in our continuous integration and deployment techniquesDemonstrate the ability to take initiative in delivering a key milestone projectQualifications
Required Qualifications:Completed two years (minimum rising Junior) toward a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent3.0 or higher GPAAble to provide own transportation to the internship/co-op locationProficient with C/C++ and low level hardware interfacing conceptsExperience with Embedded software design, deployment, and testingOpen personality toward pairing and collaborating among team membersExperience with the following tools, technologies, or practices:
Source Control Management (SCM) with Git or similarBasic hardware/PCB troubleshooting using DMMs and/or oscilloscopesDevice interfacing via SSH and/or serial communication
