www.sealedair.com .Sealed Air is seeking a driven HR professional to fulfill our current opening, Regional Manager People Experience, located in the Streetsboro, OH manufacturing facility reporting to the Executive Director, People Experience NAM Protective SC, Commercial, and Functions. In addition to directly managing the Streetsboro, OH facility, this position will also have responsibility for the Automated Packaging Systems (APS) Supply Chain Manufacturing network including sites in Garfield and Bedford, OH and Keyser, WV.This role supports, implements, and executes all tactical and strategic aspects of the HR function for multiple locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Business Partnership with Org. Leaders, Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, immigration & relocation)Talent Acquisition (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, orientation)Talent Management (succession planning, performance management & development)Learning & Organizational Capability (performance management, training delivery & design)Diversity & Inclusion programs coordinationHRIS deployment, government & legislative compliance, employee and labor relations, termination management, employee engagement, cultural transformation/change management, and driving predictive analytics.Primary Responsibilities
The Regional manager role supports, implements, and executes all tactical and strategic aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to:Positive employee and labor relations (employee engagement, engagement surveys/action plans, union avoidance, collective bargaining)Performance and talent management (employee development & succession planning, annual review processes, termination processes, etc.) in partnership with local practices and applicable business processesTalent and cultural transformation (change management, upskilling, org. structure, etc.)Regional project coordination around policies, processes and change management, in partnership with legal, HR operations team members and COE’sTotal Rewards (compensation, benefits, market analysis)Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly hires and contractors (recruiting, new hire on-boarding and orientation)Learning & Organizational Capability (performance management, training delivery & design)Diversity & Inclusion programs coordinationPartner with the plant leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectivesHRIS deployment, including management of local e-Time platform or other time management systemsGovernment & legislative compliance, internal investigations, good will initiativesCollecting and analyzing employment data to drive decision making process with a focus on predictive analytics.Strong business partnership to align the people strategy with the org. strategy.Basic Qualifications
3 to 5 years of HR Manager or above work experience in a manufacturing environment7 to 10 years of overall HR experienceStrong understanding of HR laws, principles and practicesAdditional Qualifications
