Experience out of a Financial Product company servicing clients in the Wealth Management, Broker/Dealer spaceClient-facing experience (not looking for a technologist, but rather Business side experience handling the implementation of financial products with client stakeholders) – push to drive the implementationsTechnical enough to understand products that flow through platforms, alternatives, annuities, etc.Experience with client’s onboarding journey (i.e. 6 months for small implementation, up to 3 years for large implementation solutions)Capture transactionally how tickets and transactions will flow through the platformSync dataset curations and know how it will flow through the platformWork with internal sales relationship management, product team-collaborationStrong gravitas to talk to clients, understand the layers of onboarding transfer from systems to others, meet client needs (verbal and written communication skills are key)Back-office administration/history of business experience, then transitioned to tooling product platforms and getting clients onto itNot a surface-level person, someone who goes deepWealth management experience is ideal but not requiredDescription:
Experienced VP to join the Implementation Specialists team as an Implementation lead. The team sits within the Product organization and is responsible for managing platform integrations for both new and existing enterprise clients as well as managing the ongoing platform experience for existing clients in close partnership with Product Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.Responsibilities:
Drive entire successful end-to-end integrations for new and existing Company clients including Wealth Managers and Asset Managers as well as third-party data integrations with Fund Administrators and Transfer Agents.Provide program and project management expertise including framing the project, establishing detailed project plans, managing risk, and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders.Possess in-depth understanding of the Company platform to lead and/or facilitate client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model and business process design, platform set-up, testing and rollout.Manage the overall platform experience for existing clients including maximizing their consumption of the platform.Build a strong understanding of a client’s business and how that translates to the Company platform; Provide Product Managers and other internal stakeholders with client context to assess change management activities including new product enhancements.Collaborate with Product Managers to identify product gaps and opportunities, vet potential solutions, and roll out new features.Partner closely with Product Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales, and Client Success teams to deliver for our clients.Qualifications:
10+ years of direct experience in project management, client software implementations, relationship management within financial services and/or fintechKnowledge of wealth management and private bank business and processesKnowledge of alternative investments industryProven track record of leading cross-functional project teams from inception to executionFamiliar with software-based financial solutions (transaction systems, online forms, trading software)Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation, business requirements documentation and specifications to drive successful developmentExemplary attention to detailStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across both internal and client stakeholdersHistory of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentExperience managing data integrations is a plusNote: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
