Applications will be accepted until 11/24/2024.Job Responsibilities:Facilitates the design and implementation of assessment activities to examine a wide range of academic programs and educational initiatives.Contributes to projects related to institutional, college-level, and program-based accreditation.Provides input on strategy and priorities for assessment, translating into action plans and coordinating data collection, analyses, and reporting.Designs and leads workshops in assessment and evaluation of teaching and learning.Leads the assessment, evaluation, and reporting of Notre Dame Learning programs and services.Minimum Qualifications:M.A. or M.S. with strong methodological training in research/statistics and qualitative analysis; 5-7 years of experience in assessment or educational measurement.Demonstrated facility in both quantitative and qualitative methods.Significant experience in program development and management.Effective diplomatic skills and ability to build partnerships with academic leaders.Proven ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and administrators.Professional fluency in higher education trends.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Ph.D. with strong methodological training.Experience leading organizational change.Experience in a teaching or student success center.Knowledge of data visualization techniques and statistical programs.This appointment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
