Commercial Lines Team Lead to provide high level support to team members, including Account Coordinators and Account Managers in Denver, CO!
The Team Leader maintains an assigned book of business, as required, and serves as representative of team to Management. This role requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion.

What You'll DoPlease note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Ensures accuracy of account information for new and renewal polices and endorsements.
Audits for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures.
Provides guidance in renewal and new line of business marketing.
Monitors accounts and activities per Agency procedures.
Serves as a mentor, positive role model and trainer to staff.
Performs annual Employee Performance Appraisals for team members.
Resolve Employee Relations issues with assistance from Human Resources
Attends client meeting with or without Producer as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be 30% in this role.

Colorado Residents Base Salary:
$103,000 - $117,000 (commensurate upon experience)

What You'll Need
Advanced degree from college or technical school; or 8-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Property and Casualty License, required. Professional designations, preferred
Some leadership and/or people management experience, directly or indirectly, strongly preferred
8+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 5+ years of experience of independently managing a book at an insurance agency
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including EPIC Agency Management Software; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
