Leveraging our expertise and experience, we offer a customized approach to designing, developing and implementing end-to-end technology solutions scaled to meet client needs.As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team.We're currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong leadership and managerial skills, who can motivate and lead our team of warehouse personnel in our Arizona locations. This role includes managing all aspects of our Arizona region warehouse activities. This includes overseeing incoming products, outgoing shipments, overseeing set up of equipment and scheduled deliveries and maintaining a cleanand organized warehouse and appropriateinventory levels.You will report to the Director of Operations, and collaberatewith other managers and personnel in AZ and in our other branch locations. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of warehouse staff in our growing AZ division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Monitor and participate inall aspects of warehouse operations as requiredPerform quarterly cycle countsManage productivity and expectations of warehouse teamTravel to other AZ branches periodically to oversee and conduct warehouse tasksInterview and hire warehouse personnel as needed, evaluate performance metrics and maintain appropriate staffing levelsEnsure warehouse teams receive inital and ongoing training required for their respective rolesResolve customer issues related to warehouse tasksCollaborate with Sales and Shop teams to ensure workload demand is met and that special project implementations can be carried out.This position is full time,Monday through Friday.Salary starts at $60,000 a year and may be negotiable,based on experience.The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communications skills; can work independently and within a larger team; possesses a strong sense of urgency and time management skillsProficient working with Microsoft office programs, data entryand the ability to learnproprietary programsComfortable workin a warehouse environment.Three years of warehouse management experienceReliable, adaptable & detail orientedAble to apply concepts to practical situationsStrong problem-solving skillsPrior forklift experience, or able and willing to learnAbility to lift at least 50lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionallyPrior office equipment industry experience is desired.Willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report.As an essential business, our performance directly impacts the ability of various critical regional infrastructure, medical and educational organizations to operate effectively, allowing them to serve the community as seamlessly as possible.
