Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capture Leader to join our team to support our growing Department of Defense business in the DC metro area.The successful candidate will have an opportunity to drive innovative solutions for the Department of Defense (Army, Air Force, Navy, 4th Estate). We are searching for a customer- and mission-focused Business Development professional who understands client challenges to create compelling business solutions. To support market growth, building a strong and diverse pipeline of opportunities and seeing those opportunities through the full capture process will be a key success factor.Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Development/Capture Leader, you will be responsible for:ACCOUNT GROWTH & PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT : Develop and execute account plans for agencies within the Department of Defense. Lead account growth activities through client interactions, agency research, partnering, and other opportunity capture actions.CORE BUSINESS LEADERSHIP : Manage client relationships, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and contribution margin improvement at existing clients. Manage a portfolio of projects and pipeline of opportunities that enable profitable growth.PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT : Develop high potential employees to build a pipeline of future leaders through the consulting apprenticeship model. Cultivate an entrepreneurial culture that supports exceptional client delivery and account growth.Qualifications:
15+ years of professional or military experience.Bachelor's Degree required.15+ experience working with US Federal DoD as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Technical Sales Executive, or Solutions Architect demonstrating a history of successful revenue generation.10+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.Experience with Executive Writing, Speaking, Communication, and Presentation.Ability to travel as needed.Experience in creating business development plans and tracking key performance indicators.Thorough mission understanding of the Department of Defense.Proven track record delivering account growth in the Federal market.Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.Self-motivated and entrepreneurial work ethic necessary to lead a rapidly growing business.Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following service areas: SaaS; PaaS; Data Analytics; Cyber Security; DevOps; Cloud.Demonstrated experience with at least two of the following Capgemini strategic technology partners: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Google Cloud.Strong business and IT modernization acumen.Desired Qualifications:
