We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Architect to revolutionize automation platforms across HealthEdge business units. You will lead a team of Sr SDETs and SDETs to bring modern design to various types of testing frameworks that work efficiently in the CI/CD process and increase automation adoption to boost SDLC. HealthRules Payer has been ranked number one in its class among CAP Solutions, delivering high auto-adjudication rates and accuracy, enabling customers to react swiftly to regulatory shifts and competitive pressures.Your Impact:Design, develop and oversee the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks and test data management frameworks.Take responsibility for test infrastructure, liaising with teams such as DevOps and Support in areas such as CI/CD and containerization.Monitor the effectiveness of the testing function and implement improvements based on analysis throughout the SDLC/STLC.Participate in tool analysis, create proof of concept models, and make recommendations to support the tools selection process.Stay updated on industry developments to enhance solutions applied to testing problems.Oversee and mentor SDETs assigned to various scrum teams to help build testing tools.Collaborate with Release Management, Project Management, and Application support teams for successful delivery of releases.Promote QA processes, practices, and standardization.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering/computer science or similar field.8+ years’ experience working in tech as a QE or developer.5+ years’ hands-on experience designing automation frameworks.Demonstrated experience in test automation development using frameworks and tools like Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium/Cypress.Strong developer with knowledge of software testing practices across the technology stack.Extensive experience using test case management tools.Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.Strong problem-solving skills with analytical capabilities.Prior Agile development experience, preferably in a CI/CD environment.Ability to work collaboratively and provide transparency in test results.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.HealthEdge commits to building an inclusive workplace where all employees have the opportunity to belong and make an impact.Geographic Responsibility:
