The Opportunity ...
As our
Operations Manager - (Continuous Improvement) , you will lead our continuous improvement efforts to maximize plant and office efficiencies and identify/correct process deficiencies. You will also oversee the site's HSE activities and facility maintenance reporting to the Director of Operations.On a given day, you may:Oversee the On-Time, Complete and Correct (OTCC) performance of the manufacturing operations.Ensure complete documentation of standard work exists for all manufacturing operations.Facilitate and report site RCI programs (Strategy, Kaizen Funnel, Reviews, Reporting, 5S).Collaborate with all departments of the business to share and implement best practices, improve quality and reliability.Develop, contribute, and lead CI activities leading to improvement in SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost) managing for daily improvement process.Oversee all aspects of Avure safety program(s).Root cause and problem solve issues that cause adverse performance.Develop, hire, train, motivate and retain a team of hourly and salary direct reports.Develop and complete capital improvement projects.Manage the Middletown and Erlanger facility maintenance programs.Requirements for the roleYou have a Bachelor's degree.3 to 5 years operations management experienceExperience applying techniques such as Kaizen Teams, Visual Management, 5S, A3, 8DOrganizational, technical, quality, safety, and environmental mindset and skills.Experience gaining agreement from teams.Travel & LocationYou will report onsite to 2601 South Verity Parkway Building 13 Middletown, Ohio 45044 United States.The estimated annual salary range for this role is $119,000 - $140,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
