Frequent customer participation partnering with sales team members in selling Packaging equipment and services while working with the team to close business within the sales pipelineMaintain a focus on Sales Operations best practices to relentlessly drive continuous process improvementsUses new technology applications to catch market trendsTakes ownership of customer problems. Able to develop strong business relationships internally and externallyAbove average written and oral communication skills in EnglishDisciplined work ethic, detail oriented and well organizedTeam-playerAbility to work across cultures and functions seamlesslyThe ability to work both at a high level, but also at a detailed, hands-on levelStrong business acumen including in the areas of finance processes and systemsAbility to identify risks, opportunities and potential solutions to improve business processesPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related fieldMBA is preferredFive or more years of P&L leadership experienceThree or more years of experience & demonstrated results in leading global, industrial product and sales and service teams in a technology-driven manufacturing or capital equipment environmentTrack record in innovation as well as creating non-bureaucratic, effective sales processes that operationalize and link product management efforts to sales teams that result in profitable growth above market growth ratesExcellent executive presence coupled with a “roll your sleeves up” and low-ego approach to getting resultsExceptional communication and persuasion competency requiredBusiness acumen.
