supports the technology related to the client lifecycle of M+T’s Wealth Management business: From Prospect Management over Planning to Private Banking, Trust and Investment Management; then to Client Onboarding and Service Provisioning and finally Compliance and Risk Management. The technology stack addresses the data needs of the Wealth Management business, a significant investment in a SOA middleware and a Web and Mobile based UI infrastructure. The team maintains both – inhouse written applications and vendor provided functionality.Overview:You will be part of an agile team where you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experienceExperience working on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application developmentExperience with Agile MethodologyMust be familiar with industry directionAn ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launchSkills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritizationEducation and Experience Preferred:
Preference given to local candidatesM&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $121,698.75 - $202,831.26 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.Location
