Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide legal support and ensure compliance with various global laws and policiesMonitor, analyze, and provide risk-informed legal advice on laws such as government procurement, false claims, anti-bribery, privacy, and moreAssist with developing and managing processes to improve efficiency and risk managementConduct training on legal and compliance topicsStay updated on regulatory developments and communicate with stakeholders to manage risksAssist with contract reviews and IP-related mattersSupport best practices and compliance with global data privacy legislationMinimum Requirements:JD degree and member in good standing of a state bar requiredCompany Information
