Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury litigation Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare cases Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Attend depositions, hearings, and trials Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel Manage a caseload of personal injury cases Review medical records and other evidence to build a strong case for clients Provide legal advice and guidance to clients Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active CA bar 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation Experience with wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and motor vehicle accidents Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines Knowledge of state and federal laws related to personal injury Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
