Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions, including loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions.Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to develop and implement effective legal strategies.Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends within the structured finance domain.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.Certifications:
California State Bar admission.Skills:
