Draft and review legal documentation associated with structured finance transactions, including but not limited to loan agreements, security agreements, and offering memoranda.Offer legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on the structuring and execution of intricate financial transactions.Conduct thorough due diligence on financial transactions to identify legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to formulate and implement effective legal strategies.Stay current with legal developments and industry trends in the realm of structured finance.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.Certifications:
California State Bar admission.Skills:
