The Great Place to Work lists are based on employee ratings of different aspects of their workplace culture, including the level of trust they feel toward company leaders, the pride they take in their jobs, and the camaraderie they experience with co-workers.Responsible for sales operations support with goal to maximize sales performance through supporting, cross functional collaboration, planning, and operational excellence.At Cadence this role includes the following responsibilities, working closely with senior sales management:Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.Provide Salesforce support for worldwide sales including day to day user and process support and data analysis.Provide technical support, including but not limited to environment setup, maintenance and configuration of user entitlement and data security.Work closely with cross-functional groups; Sales Finance, Legal, Order Management, and IT.Organize and execute small to large projects, and follow to completion.This position offers a candidate the ability to:Take on a meaningful operating role and grow in an exciting multi-national company.To learn, manage, and own critical sales systems, processes, and analytics.Interact and work with senior business leaders across Sales, Finance, IT, Legal and Product to impact the organization on a global level.Position Requirements:Minimum, bachelor’s degree in a quantitative and analytical field (e.g., in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance).Coursework and/or 1 year of work experience in sales/business operations and analytics.Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.Data science, statistical and predictive analytics.CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com or other).SQL.Customer oriented mindset and desire to help and interact with others.Excellent oral & written communication skills and attention to detail.The annual salary range for California is $70,000 to $130,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
