15+ years of relevant experience, including prior CFO-level experienceExperience in inventory-based business models (manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc.)Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to add valueStrong analytical, financial modeling, and systems expertiseLeadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and team developmentStrategic mindset with the ability to dig into the details when necessaryMBA and CPAExperience leading in similarly sized organizationTrack record of job stability and progressive career development required for consideration.Why This Opportunity?
