How You’ll Make an ImpactWe’re looking for a Sales Director to join our Mid-Market business development team. Your mission is to help emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences that result in more customers, greater revenue and stronger brand loyalty. This is a quota carrying role where your success is based on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
What You’ll AchieveDeliver quarterly revenue numbers and sell the Yieldify product to mid-market and enterprise accountsStrong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing businessGenerate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signaturePrevious experience selling a complex, multifaceted platform to mid-market and enterprise-level customersCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy
Who You AreWhat you’ll bring with you:
7-15 years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets3+ years with selling experience in the Martech spaceRobust book of contacts and network of customers to drive sales revenue and achieve targetsProven ability to be dynamic, think on the spot, and navigate through gray areasProven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes

Pay Range:
$150,000 - $160,000 salary + sales commissions. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
