Senior Salesforce Analyst at Intermountain Wood Products in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description: The Sr. Salesforce Analyst/Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM systems. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in all facets of Salesforce administration. Functions with minimal oversight and direction, providing technical guidance to peers. Scope 1. Leads in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of new or existing Salesforce applications. Creates scope documentation of projects and assists in tracking project completion. 2. Utilize Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, to streamline business processes. 3. Provides training and documentation to end users on Salesforce applications. 4. Responds to customer requests and service tickets within established IT standards. Communicates with other IT staff as necessary to ensure effective resolution and communicates resolution with customers in a timely fashion. 5. Be available for on-call duties during scheduled shifts as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Five (5) years of experience managing digital properties Previous experience creating sites, editing pages, testing customizations, and managing permissions is required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Healthcare industry experience Physical Requirements: Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands. and See and read computer monitors and documents. and Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment. and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.
