Job Description
Meet and greet incoming visitors Provide administrative support to the GM & COO Handle and input all expenses in Concur Oversee calendar management for internal and external meetings for executives Arrange and plan travel coordination: international/domestic, hotel, transportation, meals, etc. Prepare and print meeting documents for internal meetings Arrange and organize conference rooms: video calls, meeting materials, catering Ensure conference rooms are booked accurately MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant - preferably Financial Services or Banking Must have experience and be strongly proficient using Concur Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office - Outlook Calendar Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work on-site in NYC Ability to commit to a 1 year contract What's on Offer
