Job Description
- Directly supports the Executive Assistant to the CEO & NYC Executive Team
- Assists with calendar management for the executives
- Handle all travel coordination: transportation, lodging, meals, etc.
- Sort through mail and distribute within the office
- Handle extremely confidential materials and documents and maintain a high-level of confidentiality
- Handle reimbursements and expense reports for executives
- Liaise with other Coordinators across the company
- Handle office management duties including ordering supplies, catering, overall cleanliness and organization, answering phones/emails, maintenance, etc.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Completed Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 2-3 years of prior experience as an Assistant in a corporate setting
- Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, 3x per week near Grand Central
- Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Ability to maintain a high-level confidentiality for executives
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible with changing environments
- Must be able to begin a new role immediately
